This quiet sweetie loves attention from the people he knows. He can be a bit shy at first with strangers, and needs a quiet, adult home where he can get to know you and give his entire heart to you. He would like to find a home with his brother Big Kitty. Ratrat loves to watch outdoor life and loves vegetables! He is considered to be an "urgent" kitty because he has been in a foster home for a long time (through no fault of his own!).
