Holly Berry was rescued from death row at a rural shelter around Christmas time. The poor little one had a terrible cold, but her rescuer (and guardian angel) tenderly nursed her back to health. All of the nursing and medicating has made Miss Berry a little bit wary-she needs to make sure you're not carrying a medicine dropper behind your back. Not much for being held, just scratch her head and behind her ears and she will lean into your hand and wriggle and wiggle asking for more! Holly Berry gets along very well with other cats (Joy is her roommate) and is used to small energetic dogs. She is still a bit of a work in progress, but will reward your patience and tenderness with complete love and loyalty-if you'll just give her a chance!
